Ecoroot Bioenzyme Fruit & Veggie Wash is our bioenzyme ferment and nothing else: citrus peels fermented with jaggery for 90 days in our in-house factory, bottled as it is. It helps lift dirt, wax and surface residue from your produce before you cook or eat it.

Why families use it

How to use

1. Add 5 ml to 1 litre of water.
2. Soak your fruits or vegetables for 2–5 minutes.
3. Rub lightly, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
4. For root vegetables like potatoes and carrots, soak a little longer and scrub.
