1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Liquid products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the liquid product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 

2. Initiation of Return:

• Please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned liquid product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• If the return is approved, we will process and credit a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Please note that refunds may take some time to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

5. Exclusions:

• Certain liquid products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to products that have been opened or used.
• Customized or personalized liquid products are also exempt from our standard return policy unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective liquid product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• We may request photos or additional information to facilitate the resolution process.
• The exchange/replacements will be delivered in 7-10 business days
