Bioenzyme Kitchen Cleaner: For Everyday Kitchen Grease
Every kitchen collects it: grease on the stovetop, dried splatter inside the microwave, sticky residue on counter tiles. Ecoroot's Bioenzyme Kitchen Cleaner tackles it with a bioenzyme concentrate we ferment in-house from citrus peels and jaggery for 90 days, blended with coconut-derived surfactants. No bleach and no ammonia.
Where to use it
- Stovetops and burner surrounds: helps lift cooking oil and splatter.
- Countertops: ceramic and laminate. On granite and marble, spot-test in a corner first.
- Kitchen tiles and backsplash: cuts through everyday grease film.
- Microwave interior: helps remove food residue and odours.
- Sink and faucet area: helps remove stains and soap scum.
- Cabinet exteriors: for wood laminate and PVC surfaces.
How bioenzymes clean
Bioenzymes are proteins produced when fruit peels ferment with natural sugars. They help break down the organic matter in grease, oil and food residue, while the coconut-derived surfactants lift it away.
How to use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Spray directly onto the surface. No dilution needed.
- For everyday grease, wipe immediately with a damp cloth or sponge.
- For heavy or burnt-on grease, spray generously, leave for 5 minutes, then scrub and wipe.
- On shelves, cutting boards or any surface that touches food, wipe once more with a clean damp cloth afterwards.
