1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but we aim to reach both metro cities and remote areas.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
Remote/Interior Areas: 7–10 working days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes or courier network issues.

For failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
